Responsibilities
• Roll out Issuing products considering BIN Certification and Tokenization
• Analyze the requirements of internal and external clients, set priorities, and make adjustments to meet theteam’s objectives focusing on providing the best customer experience
• Manage multiple projects of varying sizes and capacities using traditional and agile methodologies
• Build strong relationships between teams and key stakeholders to enable effective dialogue andteamwork across different areas
• Responsible for coaching, training, and supervising team members
• Responsible for measuring and improving the OKRs of the department
• Ensure and maintain a high level of goal achievement and operational excellence
• Focus on continuous improvement and process enhancements to increase the performance level of thearea
• Responsible for presenting result reports to senior management periodically and on demand
Requirements and skills
• Knowledge of the E-Money and Fintech services industry
• Experience in Issuing projects, BIN Certification, and Tokenization Project Management
• Mastercard and VISA product launching (Debit, prepaid, and Credit)
• Strong skills in products management
• Product implementation with card manufacturers and card delivery
• Fluent in English
• PMP certification or any agile methodology (Desirable)
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of Visa/Master Card rules and regulations for BIN compliance is a plus
• Process improvement orientation and incorporation of technological tools
• Leadership and coaching to achieve team objectives
• Strong customer satisfaction focus, always keeping in mind that the customer comes first
• Strong communication skills with clients, both oral and written
