Product Manager Payments (Payouts)

At Inswitch, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our payments team with a focus on payouts. As a leader in the Financial

Technology (Fintech) space, we strive to provide innovative and efficient solutions to facilitate secure and fast financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

■ Develop and execute the comprehensive product strategy for payouts functionality, aligned with the company's business objectives.

■ Collaborate with internal teams to understand market needs, competition, and emerging opportunities.

Product Lifecycle Management:

■ Manage the complete product lifecycle for payouts, from conception

to retirement, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

■ Conduct profitability analysis and impact assessments to continuously optimize existing products.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

■ Work closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of payment products.

■ Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Market Research:

■ Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and technological

advancements related to payments and financial transactions.

■ Conduct user research to understand customer needs and

expectations.

Project Management:

■ Lead and coordinate projects related to the development and improvement of payout products, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

■ Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a specific focus on payment products and payouts in Fintech environments.

■ Solid knowledge of technologies and regulations related to electronic payments.

■ Ability to lead multifunctional teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

■ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

■ Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

■ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

■ Certification in Product Management or Finance is an advantage.
