Compliance Analyst - Brasil

Compliance analysts are responsible for supporting the compliance culture, with a particular focus on AML/FT and other compliance general policies. They understand each market's regulatory requirements and broaden their knowledge while we grow. With these insights, they provide internal and external advice on Compliance matters across all markets and organization levels.

A Compliance Analyst will be responsible for

• Analyze and understand different countries' regulatory requirements
• Transforms general law terms to practical guidelines
• Provide advice to internal (sales, management) and external (partners, customers) clients
• Executes KYC/KYB Due Diligence
• Cooperate in the creation or revision of compliance policies: internal controls, data privacy, etc
• Collaborate with other team members to efficiently implement changes
• Owns and leads some meetings with internal and external clients
• Advise Compliance Officer on changes, and potential risks within their projects
• Prepares and provides Compliance training to the team
• Play as a compliance business partner
• Assist in specific projects request related to Compliance areas

What You Need To Have

• Some experience in Compliance/AML 
• Familiar with the Brazilian Financial/Fintech industry
• Enthusiast on day-to-day learning
• Good reader and able to communicate your ideas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer and client orientation. You are a team player
• Bi-lingual (Portuguese/Spanish) is required
