We prioritize your security and well-being throughout the hiring journey. As part of our commitment to protecting job seekers, we want to raise awareness about potential scams where fraudsters impersonate legitimate companies. To help you stay safe, here are key guidelines for a secure job application experience:

Essential tips for a safe job search

  • Research the company:

Always verify the legitimacy and reputation of the company. Look for official websites, trusted platforms, or reliable sources.

  • Protect personal information:

Avoid sharing sensitive details, such as financial or personal data, unless absolutely necessary and from verified sources.

  • Use secure communication channels:

Be cautious with emails or messages containing unknown links or attachments—they could be phishing* attempts.

  • Verify job potings:

Respond only to openings listed on verified company websites or well-known job boards.

  • Trust your instincts:

If something feels suspicious, don’t hesitate to report it. Unusual requests or behaviors are often warning signs.

What you can expect from Inswitch

  • Transparent communication: All our hiring communications are conducted through official email accounts or LinkedIn messages. Be sure to verify that the sender’s email matches our company domain exactly (e.g., @inswitch.com).
  • No downloads required: We never ask applicants to download apps or use specific platforms outside of standard hiring tools.
  • No documents at early stages: The recruitment process does not involve signing contracts or forms at early stages.
  • No fees or financial requests: Inswitch will never request payment or financial information as part of the hiring process.

Stay vigilant against scams

If you encounter any company asking for fees to access job openings or requiring sensitive financial information during recruitment, we recommend avoiding them. Scams of this nature are unfortunately common, and we are committed to ensuring transparency in every step of our hiring process.
